Our Process

Expert’s Low Moisture  Carpet Cleaner is applied using a low-pressure applicator that applies millions of oxygenated bubbles into your dirty carpet, lifting the dirt and grime to the surface to be swept away forever. This process leaves your carpet fluffy, clean and completely dry in 1-2 hours.

Some of our competitors use the steam cleaning method that uses high temperature pressure that forces water down through the carpet-backing straight to the pad, possibly ruining both the carpet’s fibers and the pad. This often creats more of a problem than it solves. Water and soapy, dirt-attracting residue is left behind, deeply embedded into your carpet, creating the risk of reappearing spots and a potential breeding ground for mold, pests and bacteria.

8 Steps To A Clean Healthy Carpet

Step 1: Detail Vacuum
Your carpet will be thoroughly vacuumed with an industrial-grade vacuum to remove bonded dry soil and debris. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in the cleaning process.

Step 2: Furniture Moving
Chairs, ottomans, coffee, end tables and small furniture will be delicately relocated within your home. Larger furniture, for example, beds and dressers, are left in place with our standard service.

Step 3: Apply All-Natural Low Moisture Cleaner
Carpet traffic areas and spots are pre-treated with our proprietary all-natural oxygenated solution that is completely safe for children and pets and is 100% natural.

Step 4: Pre-Groom Carpet with Rotary Machine
This step loosens all imbedded soil and picks up the nap in matted areas using our industrial grade rotary machines.

Step 5: Extract Soil
Thick rotating cotton pads absorb the dirt and grime from you carpet.

Step 6: Post Spot Treatment
Tough spots not removed during the cleaning process are treated with specialty spotting techniques. If we can’t get the stain out no one can. We back that with our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Step 7: Groom Carpet
We then groom your carpet with a brush to leave it looking better than new.

Step 8: Replace Furniture
Your furniture is replaced to its original position.
